Description
- Open-cell polyurethane foams, polyether or polyester; available in a variety of densities. These are well suited for cushioning, insulation, acoustics and filtration needs.
- Closed-cell Sponge Rubber, of various densities and types such as neoprene, vinyl-nitrile, EPDM, and Silicone. This product group meets a wide range of physical properties
- Open Cell Sponge Rubber, of various densities, in EPDM, natural rubber and neoprene. These materials are very resilient, have excellent compression set resistance and provide excellent sealing performance, especially in applications where irregular surface conditions may exist.
- Silicone, Nitrile and Viton® materials offer duromter ratings from 30 to 90 Shore A for heavy service and high temperature gasket applications.
- Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foams for packaging. These products offer efficient and economical alternatives in packaging applications. They contain no CFCs nor HCFCs. They are light, recyclable and reusable.
- Cross Linked Polyethelene XPLE foams of various densities. These products are non-toxic and contain neither CFCs nor HCFCs. They offer good resistance to a large number of chemicals and represent an economical solution against closed-cell sponge rubbers.
- Closed Cell Sponge PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) This material is fire-resistant and easily compressible. When compressed at a 30% minimum, it will completely seal against moisture, air, light and dust. This material is also indicated in applications where sound and vibration suppression is required. It offers good thermal insulation properties.
- Cork Products are economical and very compressible. They also offer very good oil resistance and excellent acoustical properties. Can also be combined with neoprene, nitrile and SB, combining the properties of cork with those of rubber to meet applications where greater strength or chemical resistance is required.
- Felts of various densities. Made of wool or synthetic fibres, they are used in applications where good abrasion resistance, good fluid absorption capacity and protection against scratches are required.
- Rubber and Vinyl Matting is available in different finishes and colours. They can be used as protection, insulation and/or anti-fatigue mats.
