In business since 1989, our company recently joined forces with Caps’n Plugs based in Brampton, a company who like us is focused on solutions for their customers and greatly value their customer relationships.
Insurge carries a complete line of high-performance industrial and electrical grade tapes, films, foams, adhesives and specialty joining products. To meet your individual needs, we also offer a wide range of converting and fabricating services, including precision custom tape-slitting and die-cutting.
What truly sets us apart, however, is that we do more than simply sell our products. We understand our products and how you can use them to improve your specific process or application. We take pride in creating customized solutions, both big and small, and will go to any length to solve your particular problem at hand—on time and within your budget.
To further serve you Insurge can analyze your current product usage, consolidate your purchases and assist in the development of new products. We have a global network of more than 300 suppliers and the privilege of representing name brand manufacturers including 3M, Permacel® and Shurtape®.
Initially focused on the electrical industry, Insurge has over the past few years expanded both it’s product offerings and customer base. In the past, the company’s reputation for solving problems had created growth but mainly within the industries the company served and on a local basis. The task at hand was how to broaden the contact base for the company. We would also like to acknowledge the professionalism and service levels of WSI (JD Gervais Consulting Group Ltd.) who were instrumental in allowing Insurge to successfully execute it’s new growth strategies.
Insurge now ships products across Canada and the U.S. and receives daily email and phone inquiries based on internet contacts. The company now has an expanded customer base in industries including the printing, transportation, industrial, packaging and aerospace sectors, providing more stable sales.
